Job Description

Logo Brands, Inc. is looking for a productive EDI Processor. The ideal candidate will have the ability to be steadfast and diligent, while maintaining a great attitude.  The candidate will also need to be highly detail oriented, well organized, will seek out opportunities to help in other departments. The candidate should have good time management skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. The candidate must have strong computer skills including MS Office. Experience with SAP Business One is a plus.

Additional Description:

  • Export purchase orders from EDI provider into ERP.
  • Imports all outgoing EDI documents from ERP to EDI provider.
  • Responsible for maintaining EDI automation and working with other departments to setup additional EDI automation if needed.
  • Maintain EDI data catalogs (items, addresses)
  • Ensure data accuracy of incoming and outgoing EDI documents
  • Knowledge of EDI (Includes documents 810, 846, 855, 856, 870, 880).
  • Enters customer orders within a 24 hour period with precise accuracy, ensuring double checks on pertinent information. Verify and cross reference order details, ensuring correct information, item code, etc.
  • Responsible for new trading partner implementation.
  • Ensures EDI information is processed properly with team members
  • Provide EDI status of incoming and outgoing EDI documents.
  • Daily Customer Follow Up and Support as needed.
  • Ability to troubleshoot EDI errors.
  • Ownership over complete EDI process
  • Support to other departments as needed.
  • Prior EDI processing experience - 1 year
  • Prior experience with a SaaS EDI Provider preferred
